Chicken Feet With Sichuan Pepper Sauce |

| Ingredients |
· 200g jelly fish
· 10 boned chicken feet
· 1 red chili
|

| Sichuan pepper Sauce |
·1 tsp ground Sichuan pepper corn, 2 tsp sugar
·2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp zhenjiang vinegar
·2 tsp chili oil

Method to COOK!

Shred jelly fish, soak in water overnight, drain well. |

Blanch jelly fish for a while; soak in iced water, drain. |

Blanch boned chicken feet foe a while; rinse in ice water, drain. |

Dice red chili. |

In a large mixing bowl, mix Sichuan pepper sauce ingredients and dice red chili, stir in jelly fish and chicken feet, marinate for a while. Serve immediately. |
