Chicken Feet With Sichuan Pepper Sauce  
 
 Ingredients · 200g jelly fish
· 10 boned chicken feet
· 1 red chili
 
 Sichuan pepper Sauce ·1 tsp ground Sichuan pepper corn, 2 tsp sugar
·2 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp zhenjiang vinegar
·2 tsp chili oil
 
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Shred jelly fish, soak in water overnight, drain well.
 
2. Blanch jelly fish for a while; soak in iced water, drain.
 
3. Blanch boned chicken feet foe a while; rinse in ice water, drain.
 
4. Dice red chili.
 
5. In a large mixing bowl, mix Sichuan pepper sauce ingredients and dice red chili, stir in jelly fish and chicken feet, marinate for a while. Serve immediately.
