Stir - Fry Asparagus With Waxed Sausage Slices |

| Ingredients |
· 300g asparagus, sectioned, 1 stalk Chinese sausage, sliced
· 1 stalk preserved liver sausage, sliced
· 4 mushrooms, soaked, sliced
· ½ tbsp chopped garlic, 2 stalks spring onion, sectioned
· 5 ginger slices, 10 sliced carrots

| Seasoning |
· Half tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tbsp oyster sauce
· ½ tsp sugar, ¼ tsp salt, ½ tbsp shao xin wine
· 60ml water, Adequate cornstarch solution (for thickening)

Method to COOK!

Heat up 1 tbsp oil to sauté the sectioned spring onion, ginger and garlic till aromatic. Blend in asparagus and carrot, stir fry for a while. |

Add in mushrooms, waxed sausages and seasoning. Stir well till fragrant. Lastly thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch solutions. Remove and serve. |
