Steamed Fish Hong Kong Style
 
 
 Ingredients (A) · 1 fresh garoupa fish, (about 800g, cleaned)
· 1 stalk spring onion
· 5 tbsp fish seasoned sauce

 Ingredients (B) · 1 tbsp shredded ginger
· 1 stalk spring onion (shredded finely)
· 1 spring coriander leaves

 
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Line steaming tray with spring onion and top with fish, steam with high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked.
 
2. Remove, sprinkle ingredients (B) on top of fish and pour over hot fish seasoned sauce, serve immediately.
