Steamed Fish Hong Kong Style |

| Ingredients (A) |
· 1 fresh garoupa fish, (about 800g, cleaned)
· 1 stalk spring onion
· 5 tbsp fish seasoned sauce

| Ingredients (B) |
· 1 tbsp shredded ginger
· 1 stalk spring onion (shredded finely)
· 1 spring coriander leaves

Method to COOK!

Line steaming tray with spring onion and top with fish, steam with high heat for 10 minutes or until cooked. |

Remove, sprinkle ingredients (B) on top of fish and pour over hot fish seasoned sauce, serve immediately. |
