Clay Pot Chinese Waxed Meat Rice
 
 
 Ingredients · 150g glutinous rice
· 250g long-grain rice
· 1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
· 1 stalk Chinese waxed sausage
· 1 stalk (350g) Chinese waxed pork belly
 
 Seasoning ·1 tbsp light soy sauce
·1 tbsp oyster sauce
·1/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
·1 tbsp shaoxing wine
·1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
·1/2 tsp salt

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Wash rice and drain well. Place into a clay pot, pour in chicken stock, and bring to a boil. Add in seasoning, place on Chinese waxed sausage and waxed pork belly, cover and cook over low heat until rice cooked.
 
2. Remove the Chinese waxed sausage and pork belly. Slice and transfer onto the hot rice, sprinkle with chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
