Wash rice and drain well. Place into a clay pot, pour in chicken stock, and bring to a boil. Add in seasoning, place on Chinese waxed sausage and waxed pork belly, cover and cook over low heat until rice cooked. |

Remove the Chinese waxed sausage and pork belly. Slice and transfer onto the hot rice, sprinkle with chopped spring onions. Serve hot. |
