Deep-fry bean curds in hot oil until golden brown, dish and drain. |

Heat up 1 tbsp oil in clay pot, saute chopped garlic and sliced ginger until fragrant, add in prawns, roasted pork, honey peas, carrot and stir well, add in seasoning, bean curds and cook for 2 minutes, thicken with corn flour solution and remove from heat, serve hot. |
