Hot Pot Chicken In Shao Xin Wine
 
 
 Ingredients · 1/2 chickens
· 2 cups water
· 1 tbsp qi zi
· 4 slices huai shan
· 4 strips dang shen
· 4 slices bei qi
· 4 slices ginger
· 1 cup shao xing wine
 
 Marinade · 1/2 tsp salt
· 1/2 tsp sugar
· 1 tsp corn flour
· 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1 tbsp shao xing wine
· 1 tbsp ginger juice

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Chop chicken into pieces, mix in marinade and leave it for 15 minutes.
 
2. Rinse the herbal ingredients, bring water to the boil, put the herbal ingredients and ginger in, simmer for 30 minutes.
 
3. Pour in shao xing wine, bring to the boil again.
 
4. Add chicken and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes until done. Serve hot
