Chicken Floss Glutinous |

| Ingredients |
· 500g glutinous rice
· 600g chicken floss
· 300ml coconut milk
· 1 tsp salt
· 3 blades pandan leaves
· 3 tsp sesame seeds (toasted)

Method to COOK!

Rinse glutinous rice, soak for 1 hour, dish up, combine with coconut milk and salt and put into a steaming tray, level the surface, top with the pandan leaves then steam over high heat until cook through. |

Divide the cooked glutinous rice into 2 portions, place a portion into a tray, press well, add in chicken floss and cover with the remaining glutinous rice, level the surface, sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds, press slightly, cut and serve. |
