Taro And Sago Thin Syrup |

| Ingredients |
· 300g taro (peeled)
· 57g sago, 55g rock sugar
· 2 cups water, ecup coconut milk
· 1 cup fresh milk

Method to COOK!

Slice taro and steam until tender, cube one quarter and puree the other three quarters. |

Soak sago for ehour, simmer in boiling water for 15 minutes, and leave for 10 minutes until transparent. Rinse in boiled water. Drain well. |

Simmer rock sugar in water until dissolved, add taro puree, stir well, sift and bring to the boil, add sago, stir well. Fold in coconut milk, fresh milk and taro cubes, bring to the boil again, and serve. |
