Cold Mixed Fruits & White Fungi Thin Syrup  
 
 Ingredients · 19g white fungi (soak and cut into shreds)
· 225g hami melon
· 225g water melon
· 450g longan
· 6 cups water
· Any suitable amount of sugar replacement
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Cut hami melon and water melon into dices.
 
2. Shell longan and remove cores
 
3. Chill hami melon, water melon and longan in refrigerator.
 
4. Bring 6 cups of water to the boil, add white fungi, simmer for about 30 minutes, and stir in sugar replacement, leave to cool. Chill in refrigerator. Fold in hami melon, water melon and longan. Serve.
