Glutinous Rice In Lotus Leave |

| Ingredients |
· 4 tbsp oil
· 1 tbsp chopped garlic and shallots
· 600g glutinous rice, soaked for 4 hours and drained
|

| (A) |
· 1 tbsp chicken stock granules, 1 tbsp oyster sauce
· 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
· 1 tsp sugar
· 1 tsp sesame oil
· 1/2 tsp pepper
· A little salt to taste
· 3 tbsp oil
· 1 tbsp chopped garlic and shallots
· 50 g dried shrimps, soaked
· 150g diced chicken meat
· 5 mushrooms, soaked and diced
· 2 Chinese sausage, diced

· 1 tsp chicken stock granules
· 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper
· 6 pieces dried lotus leaves, soaked and wiped dry, cut into 24 pieces

Method to COOK!

Heat up 4 tbsp oil, saut¨¦ chopped garlic and shallots until fragrant, add in glutinous rice, (A) and stir well. Taste and dish onto a steaming tray, steam with high for about 45 minutes until rice is cooked. Fluff up rice. |

Heat up 3 tbsp oil, saut¨¦ chopped garlic and shallots until fragrant. Add in dried shrimps and stir fry until aromatic. Add chicken meat, mushrooms, Chinese sausage and stir fry until meat is cooked. Mix in (B) and taste. Dish up. |

Mix glutinous rice with meat mixture until well combine. Divide into 24 portions. |

Wrap up rice with lotus leaf to form into a neat parcel. Steam for 30 minutes before serving. |
