· 180g icing sugar
· 180g self rising flour
· Vanilla to taste
· Sweet corn & pistachio for garnishing

Beat egg until fluffy; add in icing sugar to whisk until thick. |

Fold in flour and vanilla, pour batter in cup, and sprinkle garnishing on top. |
