Steamed Princess Cake
 
 
 Ingredients · 4 eggs
· 180g icing sugar
· 180g self rising flour
· Vanilla to taste
· Sweet corn & pistachio for garnishing
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Beat egg until fluffy; add in icing sugar to whisk until thick.
 
2. Fold in flour and vanilla, pour batter in cup, and sprinkle garnishing on top.
 
3. Arrange in wok and steam for 15 minutes, done.
