Ingredients: (A) Combine water chestnut starch, rice flour, tapioca flour and water. Add in instant sesame powder, sugar and oil, stir well. Rest for 20 minutes. |

Combine all ingredients (B), stir well and rest for 20 minutes. |

Prepare a greased steaming tray, add in adequate sesame batter, and steam over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove add in adequate (B) batter mixture and steam for 3 minutes. Follow the same method to complete the batter. Lastly steam together for 10 minutes till done. Dish up and serve cool. |
