Sesame Layer Delights
 
 
 Ingredients (A) · 50g instant sesame powder
· 25g water chestnut starch
· 80g tapioca flour
· 70g rice flour
· 700ml water
· 1 tbsp cooking oil
· 150g caster sugar
 
 Ingredients (B) · 70g rice flour
· 80g tapioca flour
· 25g water chestnut starch
· 100g caster sugar
· 200ml coconut milk
· 300ml water
· A pinch of salt

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Ingredients: (A) Combine water chestnut starch, rice flour, tapioca flour and water. Add in instant sesame powder, sugar and oil, stir well. Rest for 20 minutes.
 
2. Combine all ingredients (B), stir well and rest for 20 minutes.
 
3. Prepare a greased steaming tray, add in adequate sesame batter, and steam over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove add in adequate (B) batter mixture and steam for 3 minutes. Follow the same method to complete the batter. Lastly steam together for 10 minutes till done. Dish up and serve cool.
