Marble Tapioca
 
 
 Ingredients · 1200g tapioca (steamed)
· 100g caster sugar
· 100g shredded coconut
· 50ml coconut milk
· A pinch of salt
· Few drops of yellow colouring
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Pound 1000g steamed tapioca to form a smooth paste, the cut the rest of 200g tapioca into dices. Keep aside.
 
2. Combine the tapioca paste and dices with sugar and the rest of ingredients, add in few drops of yellow colouring, and mix well.
 
3. Pour the mixture into a steaming tray, steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes, and remove. Bake in a preheated oven, at 180c for 15 minutes till done. Serve.
