Marble Tapioca |

| Ingredients |
· 1200g tapioca (steamed)
· 100g caster sugar
· 100g shredded coconut
· 50ml coconut milk
· A pinch of salt
· Few drops of yellow colouring

Method to COOK!

Pound 1000g steamed tapioca to form a smooth paste, the cut the rest of 200g tapioca into dices. Keep aside. |

Combine the tapioca paste and dices with sugar and the rest of ingredients, add in few drops of yellow colouring, and mix well. |

Pour the mixture into a steaming tray, steam over medium heat for about 15 minutes, and remove. Bake in a preheated oven, at 180c for 15 minutes till done. Serve. |
