Red Bean Sweet Soup With Coconut Juice |

| Ingredients |
· 200g red beans
· 1/2 cup coconut juice
· 90g yellow sugar
· 1/4 dried tangerine peel
· 10 cups of water

Method to COOK!

| 1. |
Remove dirt from red beans. Sift out sand. Wash and soak for 6 hours. Soak dried tangerine peel until tender. Clean tangerine peel. |

Put tangerine peel into 10 cups of water. Bring to the boil. Add red beans and boil for 10 minutes. Lower heat and boil until red beans turn tender. Add yellow sugar. Boil until dissolved. Transfer to a bowl. Pour coconut juice on it. |

When serve cold, allow red bean sweet soup to cool and transfer to refrigerator. Pour coconut juice on it when serve. |
