Stewed Milk Curd With Bean curd Sheet |

| Ingredients |
· 1/2 cup skimmed fresh milk
· 1 1/4 cup of water
· 1/4 fresh bean curd sheet (cut into shreds)
· 168g egg white
· 1/2 cup of fructose
· 1 - 2 drops white vinegar

Method to COOK!

Bring 1 ? cups of water to the boil, add fresh bean curd sheet, simmer over low heat until dissolved. Fold in fructose. Cook until fructose melts. |

Beat egg white; fold in skimmed fresh milk, bean curd sheet syrup and white vinegar. Transfer to bowls. Arrange in steaming basket. Cover, steam over high heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot. |

Note

When steaming egg white and milk mixture, do not cover the steaming basket tightly. In order to make the surface of the mixture smooth, you have to leave some space between the lid and the steaming basket. |
