Panda Shaped Dim Sum
 
 
 Ingredients (A) · 7 oz water, 3 tbsp oil, 3 tbsp sugar
 
 Ingredients (B) · 100g wheat starch
· 50g tapioca flour, 30g glutinous rice flour
 
 Filling · 30g lotus paste (each)
 
 Decorate · Red beans

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Bring (A) to a boil, pour into (B), and stir well. Cover for 5 minutes.
 
2. Use some dough to mix with chocolate emulco and pink colouring to make hands, legs, ears, nose and stomach.
 
3. Divide the other dough to equal portion, flatten dough and wrap in filling, knead into panda shape.
 
4. Stick on the ready-made hands and other portion to the right position.
 
5. Place red beans at eyes.
 
6. Steam over high flame for 5-10 minutes. Serve.
