Tapioca Sesame Dates |

| Ingredients |
· 600g tapioca paste, 50g glutinous rice flour
· 50g wheat starch, 50g shortening
· 60g castor sugar, 80ml water

·300g red bean paste

| Garnish |
·200g sesame seeds

Method to COOK!

Peel and cut tapioca into small cubes, steam to become soft paste for 30 minutes. |

Knead ingredients into smooth dough, divide into small balls. |

Wrap in red bean paste, make into dates shape and coat with sesame seeds. |

Heat up oil and deep-fry until golden brown. Done. |
