Tapioca Sesame Dates
 
 
 Ingredients · 600g tapioca paste, 50g glutinous rice flour
· 50g wheat starch, 50g shortening
· 60g castor sugar, 80ml water
 
 Filling ·300g red bean paste
 
 Garnish ·200g sesame seeds
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Peel and cut tapioca into small cubes, steam to become soft paste for 30 minutes.
 
2. Knead ingredients into smooth dough, divide into small balls.
 
3. Wrap in red bean paste, make into dates shape and coat with sesame seeds.
 
4. Heat up oil and deep-fry until golden brown. Done.
