Sesame Roll |

| Pastry ingredients |
· 300g glutinous rice flour, 75g wheat starch
· 25g tapioca flour, 100g caster sugar
· 1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tsp sesame oil
· ecup bun ferment 350 ml water

· 50g peanut, crushed, 50g caster sugar
· 2 tbsp white sesame seeds, fried

· Red bean paste
· Black sesame seeds, fried

Method to COOK!

Mix all pastry ingredients well, put into a steaming tray, stream for 30 minutes till done. |

Remove the cooked dough and divide into two portion, roll out with the greased rolling pin until flatten. |

Place on different filling on each flatten dough, roll and coat well white and black sesame seeds separately, cut into pieces and serve. |
