Mini Fuo-Tiao-Qiang
 
 
 Ingredients · 1 piece whole sharks fin (soaked)
· 1 no. dried abalone (soaked)
· 1 no. dried scallop (soaked)
· 1 piece sea cucumber (soaked)
· 1 piece hua-jiao(soaked)
 
 Herbal soup ingredients ·10g fang-dang
·10g astragalus root
·1 tbsp lycium berries
·1 no. old hen
·1 piece Chinese ham
·100g lean pork
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Simmer old hen, Chinese ham and lean pork with suitable amount of water for 3 hours to make superior stock.
 
2. Add in herbs, simmer for another 10 minutes, and filter.
 
3. Add in all ingredients, simmer for 2 hours, serve hot.
