| Ingredients |
· 1 piece whole sharks fin (soaked)
· 1 no. dried abalone (soaked)
· 1 no. dried scallop (soaked)
· 1 piece sea cucumber (soaked)
· 1 piece hua-jiao(soaked)

·10g fang-dang
·10g astragalus root
·1 tbsp lycium berries
·1 no. old hen
·1 piece Chinese ham
·100g lean pork

Method to COOK!

| 1. |
Simmer old hen, Chinese ham and lean pork with suitable amount of water for 3 hours to make superior stock. |

Add in herbs, simmer for another 10 minutes, and filter. |

Add in all ingredients, simmer for 2 hours, serve hot. |
