Stew Dong Gui With Bird's Nest

Ingredients

· 19g birds nest
· 19g Dong Gui
· 10 pieces black dates
· 90g rock sugar
· 1 liter of water

Method to COOK!

1.	Soak birds nest in hot water until soft and clean.

2.	Put all ingredients in stew pot and cook for 5 hours, remove and serve.
