Yu Zhu And Qi Zi Soup
 


 
 Ingredients (A) · 1 mature chicken (about 1kg) quartered and skinned
· 30g yu zhu
· 1 tbsp qi zi
· 30g huai shan
· 10 red dates
· 3 slices mature ginger
 
 Ingredients (B) · Salt to taste
 
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Put all the ingredients (A) into stewing pot.
 
2. Pour in 1.5 litres of hot water. Cover and put into double boiler.
 
3. Cook for 4 hours, season with salt. Serve hot.
