Stewed Hasma With Lily & Red Dates |

| Ingredients |
· 13g dried lily bulbs
· 4 red dates
· 13g hasma
· 70g rock sugar
· 4 cups of water

Method to COOK!

| 1. |
Soak dried lily bulbs until they become tender and wash. Wash red dates and remove pits. |

Bring water and rock sugar to the boil to form into syrup. |

Soak hasma in water for 5 hours or over night. Remove membrane and wash. Scald in boiling water with spring onion and ginger. Put hasma into a stewing pot. Then add lily bulbs, red dates and syrup. Cover with lid. Simmer for 2 1/2 hours. Serve. |
