Stewed Hasma With Lily & Red Dates
 


 
 Ingredients · 6 preserved red dates
· 1 papaya
· 2 heads white fungus
· Suitable amount of rock sugar
 
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Peel & remove seeds from papaya, arrange into double steamer.
 
2. Soak fungus till swollen then trim & cut into small pieces.
 
3. Clean & remove seeds fro red dates.
 
4. Put red dates & white fungus into double steamer. Fill in some boil water, cover and steam for 2 hours.
 
5. Put rock sugar in & cover, steam till sugar melt, remove and serve hot.
