Stewed Hasma With Lily & Red Dates |

| Ingredients |
· 6 preserved red dates
· 1 papaya
· 2 heads white fungus
· Suitable amount of rock sugar

Method to COOK!

| 1. |
Peel & remove seeds from papaya, arrange into double steamer. |

| 2. |
Soak fungus till swollen then trim & cut into small pieces. |
| |
| 3. |
Clean & remove seeds fro red dates. |
| |
| 4. |
Put red dates & white fungus into double steamer. Fill in some boil water, cover and steam for 2 hours. |

| 5. |
Put rock sugar in & cover, steam till sugar melt, remove and serve hot. |
