Lobster In Stock
 
 
 Ingredients · 1 lobster (about 600g)
· 1-2 can stock
 
 Marinade · 1 tsp garlic salt
· 1 tbsp wine
 
 Sauce · 1 tsp water chestnut powder
· 2 bowls stock
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Cut open lobster. Gill, gut and wash. Chop up (big lobster only). Marinate for a while. Fry in boiling oil for a while. Dish up.
 
2. Drain oil from wok. Fold ion stock, the put in lobster. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
 
3. When cooking lobster, do not remove the cover. This will spoil meat of lobster.
 
4. Dish up, bring stock sauce to the boil, and pour stock sauce on lobster
