· 1 lobster (about 600g)
· 1-2 can stock

| Marinade |
· 1 tsp garlic salt
· 1 tbsp wine

| Sauce |
· 1 tsp water chestnut powder
· 2 bowls stock

Method to COOK!

Cut open lobster. Gill, gut and wash. Chop up (big lobster only). Marinate for a while. Fry in boiling oil for a while. Dish up. |

Drain oil from wok. Fold ion stock, the put in lobster. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. |

When cooking lobster, do not remove the cover. This will spoil meat of lobster. |

Dish up, bring stock sauce to the boil, and pour stock sauce on lobster |
