| Ingredients |
· 120g minced pork
· 1/2 tbsp diced spring onion
· 160g glutinous rice powder
· Some hot water

| Seasoning |
· A pinch of salt, A pinch of sugar
· 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp water
· A dash of sesame oil
· A pinch of pepper

Method to COOK!

Season minced pork and stir in diced spring onion, mix well and serve as stuffing. |

Put glutinous rice powder in a large mixing bowl and pour in hot water. Blend well and shape into dough. |

Roll dough into a thick strip and cut into 8 equal portions, form each portion into a ball. |

Poke a hole in each ball and wrap in seasoned meat, then form into dumplings |

Heat 2 cups of water and put in dumplings, simmer till dumplings are done. ( float in soup) Serve hot. |
