Salty Glutinous Rice Flour Dumplings
 
 
 Ingredients · 150g glutinous rice flour
· 450g white cabbage
· 150g dace flesh
· 30g dried shrimps
· 5 dried black mushrooms
· 2 slices ginger
 
 Seasoning · 1 tbsp light soy sauce
· 1/3 tsp salt, pepper

Method to COOK!
 
1. Add 3/4 cup of warm water to glutinous rice flour and knead into fine dough. Divide dough into small balls.
 
2. Cut cabbage into thick strips and wash. Cut the stalks off the caps of dried black mushrooms, soak in water until soft and thickly shred. Soak dried shrimps In water for a while.
 
3. In the inner pot of the vacuum pot heat 1 tbsp of oil. Stir in ginger, dried shrimps and dried black mushrooms. Add white cabbage and stir fry for a while. Pour 5 cups of water into the pot and bring to the boil. Scoop out dace flesh with a spoon and put each into the soup. Add glutinous rice flour dumplings and bring to the boil. Transfer the inner pot to the outer one and cook for ? hour. Season to taste.
