Divide red bean puree into small portions and wrap in 2 pine nuts. Roll portions into ball and sprinkle with a little flour. |

Put glutinous rice powder in a mixing bowl and reserve for later use. |

Dip puree balls with water and let them roll in glutinous rice powder till puree balls are covered with powder. Wet puree balls and roll in glutinous rice powder again. Repeat. |

Heat oil and put in dumplings. Deep fry till golden. Drain and dish up. Sprinkle with a little sugar and serve. |
