Wash glutinous rice, soak in water for 4 hours and drain, marinate for ehours. |

Wash belly, cut into 10, 3 inches long stripes and marinate for 3 hours. |

Put bamboo leaves and waterweeds in water and bring to the boil, leave to cool and wash. |

Put 3 pieces of bamboo leaves together crisscross and fold into the shape of a funnel, spoon up with 3 tbsp of glutinous rice, add belly and top with 3 tbsp of glutinous rice, wrap up into a cylinder and tie tightly with waterweeds. |

Fill the inner pot of the vacuum pot with water until half full and bring to the boil, put glutinous rice dumplings and a cup of dark soy sauce into the inner pot and cook for 20 minutes, transfer the inner pot to the outer pot and cook for 2 hours, take out the inner pot, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer the inner pot to the outer one and cook for 2 hours. |
