S3. Palm centre face sky, both palms facing each other, beating wrist for 36 times.

Note: To stimulate the Heart Meridian and Heart Baoro Meridian, Dalin Point. To prevent and reduce heart diseases and relief tension.




S4. Palm centre face ground, open index finger and thumb in 90 degree. Beating each other at angle as picture shown.









S5. Open palm and fingers, cross beating for 36 times.

S9. Massage both entire ear with thumb and index finger, pull both earlobe lightly for 36 times.

Note: The entire ear, especially earlobe contain many points. To regulate and enhance the circulation of eyes, face and brain.



S10. Rub both palm for about 6 times till warm, cover both eye with palm, eye ball turn around left and right. Rub palms again to repeat the above action for 6 times.

Note: To regulate the nerve and Qi of eyes based on the theory of Qigong. To prevent short sighted and long sighted as well as blur vision.
