How does the Tiens marketing Plan Work?
The way that the Tiens Marketing Plan is calculated is based on "Business Value" or BV. One BV is equivalent to RM 1. (With few limited exceptions)
As you progress through the ranks as an independent distributor, your compensation for sales will be calculated based on this formula. This is excellent news for Malaysia, as the exchange rates is working in your favour.
The first steps.
All you have to do to join Tiens as an Independent Distributor is to purchase a Global Business Pack (GBP) or business starter kit for the minimal cost of RM 50 for West Malaysia and RM 55 for East Malaysia. That's it! You're now a fully fledged member of the Tiens global family.
This purchase makes you a 1st star Independent Distributor with a life membership. This first step also entitles you to be able to purchase at wholesale or distributor prices.
To begin to receive a rebate for your own purchases, you can purchase product for yourself at a minimum 300BV in any one month and you're on your way.
Your personal purchases accumulate to 1200BV. Once you become a 3-star Distributor you begin to receive a personal rebate of 20% on your own purchases and a Direct Bonus on the purchases of your personally sponsored frontline.
