Main Experience
Having 14 years' experience in oilfields, plastics industry and husbandry industry, Mr. Li Jinyuan established Tianshi Economic Development General Co., the precursor of Tiens Group, in Jan. 1993, with all his deposit and bank loans in the amount of RMB 20 Million, and began the high-calcium product research and development. In 1995, Tiens Group was incorporated. In 1998, Tiens Group grew into a large international group based on the advanced biotechnology industry and diversifying its business into various industries.
With the leadership of President Li Jinyuan, Tiens Group built up a firm global market presence in the international market at the dawn of the 21st century. In April of 2000, Tiens Group convoked its first annual convention in Beijing, and then its first international anniversary celebration in Moscow, Russia, in August of the same year. Later on, the second, third international annual conventions and international development strategy symposium were held in Thailand, German, and Indonesia respectively. Tiens' development has spread throughout the world, generating sales in 180 countries by operating locally and integrating production, marketing and resources. Simultaneously, Tiens established subsidiaries in 103 countries and regions in South and North America, Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia. President Li Jinyuan has set an example for Chinese enterprises to enter the world market by exploring abroad a new world even before China's access to WTO.
In 2002, President Li Jinyuan initiatively advanced the marketing mode of "Six-network Interaction" after the corporate concept of "bringing health to mankind while benefiting the society". "Six-network Interaction" is the best illustration of Tiens Group's effective integration and utilization of global resources, and is also the high unification of Tiens' years of practice and theories in the international market. The Internet, International Logistics Network, International Education Network, Human Resource Network, International Capital Operation Network and International Travel Network are interweaved and interacted effectively, which promotes the development of Tiens international market, and ensures the healthy, long-termed and orderly development of Tiens Group.
In 2003, according to his business practice for years and study with great concentration, Mr. Li Jinyuan, together with Professor Liu Yingqiu, Director of Private Economic Studies Center, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, published a book on economic theory New Replacement Theory. The book sums up the successful replacement experience of Tiens Group and other enterprises, and then puts forward strategies for Chinese enterprises to deal with the international business and achieve leap-forward development.
From the end of 2003 to the beginning of 2004, Tiens President Li Jinyuan was awarded the titles of "Top 10 Press Figures of 2003 Chinese Economy" and "2003 Top 10 Chinese Talents". In Jun., 2004, Mr. Li Jinyuan won the title of "2004 Most Creative Chinese Business Leaders". In Oct., Mr. Li Jinyuan ranked No.1 on the List of 2004 Southern Weekend Chinese Domestic Figures of Fortune, and he was entitled "Excellent Private Entrepreneur of China" as well.
On May 27, 2005, Tiens President Li Jinyuan won the title of "State Advanced Individual in National Unity" in the 4th State Recognition Convention for National Unity, and was received by Mr. Hu Jintao, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, and other central authority's leaders.
