9 Key Points

1. The Dream
Not all dreams in our life can come true. But without a dream, you have nothing. What are your expectations in life and what you hope to get from this business? Have you set the date to achieve your goal? Write down your goal and think of it everyday. As long as you have a strong dream, there is no hurdle in life, which cannot be overcome.

2. The List
Your list is the most valuable asset. Write down 25-50 names of your sponsoring prospects with the help of your sponsor. Learn how to add more names to the list from time to time and make use of the system and delete names from the list selectively.

3. The Invitation
Always separate the two steps of "invitation" from "plan presentation" and follow the correct way prescribed by the system to invite prospects.

4. Business Plan
As long as you follow the steps prescribed by the system, you can invite quality prospects to listen to your business plan, attend home party and OPP. all plans or activities should be conducted in accordance with the System to ensure that they can be understood, learned and duplicated easily. You must also learn the standards of the System and how to plan and practice regularly.

5. Follow Up
Leave some materials for those prospects who have listened to the various plans and fix the next date of meting (preferably 2-3 days later). Be certain of how interested they are with the business and assist them to get started according to the steps prescribed by the System. For those who have yet to make up their mind, keep in touch continuously by providing them with cassettes, video tapes, meeting and other supporting aid.

6. Build The Depth
Normally, for every 10 frontlines you sponsor, three will be ready to start the business and distributors immediately. In terms of the depth of your network, you should at the same time try to look for standby distributor leaders (core members of the group) in three lines. One of the lines is used as a demonstration line with a depth of 10 levels so as to establish rapport with our down lines in deeper levels.

7. Sales Volume
You should order new products and teach new distributors about product knowledge and help them set their personal goal. The first step is to become a product lover and service 10 customers and at the same time set the overall goal for your group.

8. Personal Growth
Develop a positive and modest attitude, the love to learn, and project a favorable personal image by maintaining a professional appearance. Learn from cassettes and books recommended by the System, meetings and establish rapport with achievers.

9. Duplication
The Power of the system lies in "duplication". To achieve the best effect of the System, you have to learn how to make full use of it and teach your down lines by setting a good example.

Your attitude (positive or negative), and your work habit can be duplicated.

A good system is an easy duplicate module, despite of time and venue.

Display your plan regularly; the prospect who agreed with you will increase your chance of success.

Name listing is no doubt a saving to your account.

Attitude determine your success, the good and bad side of an incident depends on your perception.

"Success is like riding a bicycle you don't fall till you stop pedaling" Reaching the top is efforts but staying there requires discipline! If you follow this then THE REST OF YOUR LIFE WOULD BE THE BEST OF YOUR LIFE.

How to cultivate these two attributes:

1. Define your goals and have a strong will to achieve them.
2. Work out a detailed plan.
3. Develop a firm commitment and resist any distractions, including your loved ones and friends.
4. Look for working partners with common goal for mutual encouragement and progress.

Be a Core Member

If you hope to be assisted by your up line, you should let him/her know that you value this business very much and are willing to adhere to the System. Becoming a core member is the best way to show your determination and you should prove to your up line that you are deserved his/her time and energy.

You can surely fulfill the eight major conditions of becoming a core member, and becoming a core member in the group is the first step toward success in this business. Core members will be recognized and rewarded and receive more advanced training in technique and other aspects. The positive and sound working practices of core members are vital to the long-term development of their business.

Be a core member
1. Plan presentation. Make at least 8 plan presentations a month (twice a week)
2. Be a product lover and experience Tiens products daily.
3. Serve more than 10 retail customers.
4. Spend at least 15 minutes daily on reading sponsoring letters and other motivational books.
5. Listen repeatedly to sponsoring tapes, develop positive attitude and techniques and purchase latest tapes      from upline for revision.
6. Attend all meetings of the System and learn how to motivate others.
7. Believe in teamwork.

Develop a humble attitude and the love for learning. Seek business advice regularly from upline and cultivate a strong sense of responsibility. Duplicate the system and praise your partners.
