· 38g bird's nest
· 2 pieces chicken breast
· 1 elitre hot water
· 10g American ginseng
· 10g wai san
· 1 tbsp qi zi
· 10 pieces red dates
· Salt and pepper to taste
Method to COOK!

Soak bird's nest in hot water until soft and clean.

Put all ingredients in stew pot or slow cooker and cook for 2 hours. Serve hot.
