Biota-Lily With Eggs Dessert
 
 
 Ingredients · 10g American ginseng
· 5g biota seeds
· 15g poria
· 20g lily bulbs (soaked with hot water till soft)
· 2 eggs (cooked and shells removed)
· 20g honey
· 600ml water
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Place all the ingredients into a pot and simmer for 45 minutes until approximately 300ml water remain.
 
2. Add the cooked eggs and simmer for a further 10 minutes. Add honey and serve.
