· 10g American ginseng
· 5g Salvia root
· 15g Hawthorn berries
· 10g Rose buds
· 30g Coix seeds
· 30g Rock sugar
· 800ml water
Method to COOK!
1.
Put all the ingredients (except rose buds) into a pot and simmer till about 400ml remain. Turn off the fire.
2.
Add the rose buds and let them steep for at least 12 seconds with pot covered. Then serve hot.

This tea melt away tension after a stressful day's work. It also relieves indigestion and bloating.

This tea promotes circulation in the chest and abdominal region hence particularly useful for that experiencing occasional chest tightness due to stress.
