Stewed Pears and Tangerine Peel
 
 
 Ingredients · 2 pears
· Rock sugar to taste
· 1 cup water
· 1/6 dried tangerine peel
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Soak and clean dried tangerine peel, cut into shreds.
 
2. Peel and core pears, put into steaming pot, add 1 cup of water and tangerine peel shreds, cover and double boil for 1 hour, add rock sugar, double boil for more ehour, serve.
