Chicken With Wine And Wood Ear |

| Ingredients (A) |
· 1 free-range chicken ( cut into pieces )
· 20g wood ear, soaked
· 120 g cooked peanuts

· 1 tbsp sesame oil
· 100g shredded mature ginger
|

| Ingredients (C) |
· Ginger wine to taste
· Salt to taste

Method to COOK!

Stir fry (B) until fragrant, add in (A). Stir fry well, pour in 2 cups of water, bring to a boil. |

Reduce to low heat and boil for 15 minutes. |

Season with (C), bring to the boil and serve hot. |
