· 12g tian ma
· 12g qi zi
· 1 fish head
· 1 tbsp wine
· 1 tsp ginger juice

· Salt to taste

Wash tian ma and qi zi, scald fish head and rinse. |

Put all the ingredients into stewing pot. Add boiling water. Cover and cook for 3 hours. Season with salt and serve. |
