Stewed Fish Head With Tian Ma & Qi Zi
 
 
 Ingredients · 12g tian ma
· 12g qi zi
· 1 fish head
· 1 tbsp wine
· 1 tsp ginger juice
 
 Seasoning · Salt to taste
 
Method to COOK!
 
1. Wash tian ma and qi zi, scald fish head and rinse.
 
2. Put all the ingredients into stewing pot. Add boiling water. Cover and cook for 3 hours. Season with salt and serve.
