· 300g pork belly (with skin)

·1 tbsp chopped garlic
·1 tbsp chopped spring onion
·1 tbsp chopped ginger
·1 tsp sugar
·4 tbsp light soy sauce
·1 tsp sesame oil
·1 tbsp black vinegar
·2 tbsp chili oil

Method to COOK!

Cook the pork belly into a pot of boiling water over medium heat for about 30 minutes until cooked through. Remove; soak into cold water immediately for 1 hour. Dish up and pat – dry. Cut into thinly slices and arrange on a plate. |

Mix the sauce gently until well combined. Pour over to the crystal pork belly slices when serve. |
