 Ingredients · 1 duck
· 3 1/2 bowls water
 
 Marinade ·5 reddish cheese cubes
·2 tbsp reddish cheese juice
·30 g shallots
·10 g garlic cloves
 
 Seasoning ·1 tsp light soy sauce
·1 tsp dark soy sauce
·1 tsp sugar
·1 tbsp water

Method to COOK!
 
1. Put shallot and garlic in the blender and pounded together until very fine, remove and mix well with reddish cheese, reddish cheese juice and all seasoning, heat up a little oil to saut¨¦ the mixture until fragrant.
 
2. Rub the marinade mixture over the duck skin and inside, marinate for 2 hours. Deep-fry the marinated duck in the hot oil until fragrant and slightly brown.
 
3. Bring water to boil in a deep pot, put in prefried duck and simmer for approximately 45 minutes till cooked or until the sauce is thickened, remove from the heat and covered soak for further 5 minutes, dish up, cut into pieces and serve with the sauce.
