| Ingredients |
· 1 whole duck
· 1 tbsp salt
· 1 tsp pepper

| Seasoning |
·1 tbsp marinade & seasoning powder
·1 piece 1 inch cinnamon sticks
·1 tsp pepper-corn
·50g spring onion
·5 slices ginger
·1 tsp sesame oil
·2 litre water

Method to COOK!

Rub salt and pepper all over duck, bring seasoning to the boil and lower the heat, continue to cook for about 20 minutes. |

Add in duck and cover to cook, bring it to a boil, and reduce to low heat and cook for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender. |

Remove and cut into pieces. Serve. |
