 Ingredients ·4 eggs
·75g chicken breast
·150g asparagus
·1/2 tbsp cooked jin hua ham (chopped)
 
 Seasoning ·1/3 tsp salt
·1/4 tsp granulated sugar
·1 tsp ginger juice
·1 tsp cooking wine
·A pinch of sesame oil
·A pinch of pepper
·1 tbsp water
 
 Sauce ·1/4 tsp salt
·1 tsp light soy sauce
·1/2 tsp corn flour
·1/3 cup stock

Method to COOK!
 
1. Mince chicken breast, put it into beaten eggs. Add seasoning. Stir well. Fold it into greased saucers. Steam for 4 minutes to form egg patties.
 
2. Scoop patties from saucers with a knife. Dust with chopped ham.
 
3. Blanch asparagus in water with salt and oil until cooked. Arrange on rim of plate.
 
4. Heat a little oil, put in sauce, and bring to the boil. Pour onto patties. Serve.
