Diced Chicken With Paprikas |

| Ingredients |
·2 chicken legs, 15g scallion
·5g bruised garlic, 10g dry chilli
·10g xanthoxylum seed

| Seasoning |
·1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar
·1 tbsp white sugar, 1 tbsp monosodium glutamate
·1 tbsp shao xin wine, 1 tbsp vinegar
·1 tbsp spicy oil, 1 tbsp starch water

Method to COOK!

Take the chicken leg’s bone off, cut 0.3cm cross lightly on, dice into 2 cm square, mix with egg, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 2 tbsp starch water, 1 tbsp salad oil well. |

Mix seasoning well with 2 tbsp broth to be cooking sauce. |

Preheat the pan, fry 1 scoop salad oil till medium, fry the chicken till 80% done, drain up, fry dry chilli and xanthoxylum seeds into brown, fry diced chicken, scallion and chopped garlic, pour the cooking sauce in, done. |
