Season the spare ribs with the marinade well, marinate for 20 minutes, deep-fry until cooked and golden brown, dish up and drain well. |

Leave 2 tbsp oil in a preheated wok to fragrant chopped garlic, pour in the blackcurrant sauce mixture, bring to the boil, then thicken the sauce with 1 tbsp cornstarch solutions, put in spare ribs and keep stirring over high heat until the spare ribs is well coated with the sauce. |
