Tangy Beef With Orange Sauce |

| Ingredients |
·500g beef fillet or topside, thinly sliced
·ecup cooking oil
·4 cloves garlic, minced
·3 cm finely minced ginger

·ecup water
·ecup light soy sauce
·2/3 cup orange juice
·1 1 tsp grated orange rind
·1 tsp beef stock granules
·1 tsp pepper

| (B) |
·1 medium carrot, cut into wedges
·150g mushroom, halved
·1 onion, cut into wedges
·150g broccoli florets
·2 tsp corn flour mixture with water
·Sliced spring onion
·Slices red chilli

Method to COOK!

| 1. |
Heat up oil in the wok, stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant, add beef slices and fry for 2 minutes. |

Add in ingredients (A) and bring to the boil, then reduce heat, add ingredients (B) and simmer until beef and vegetables are just tender. Thicken sauce with corn flour mixture. |

Remove from heat, garnish with sliced chilli and spring onion. Serve hot with rice or bread. |
