·1 red chilli, 2 bird's eye chillies
·30g fresh ginger, 4 garlic cloves
·1 tbsp salted bean paste

| Seasoning |
·1 tbsp plum sauce, 1 tbsp chilli sauce
·2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce
·1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp corn starch
·1 tbsp water

Method to COOK!

Cut the spareribs into convenient pieces (about 1 inch length). Add in chopped ingredients A and seasoning, mix well. Marinate for at least 2 hours. |

Steam the marinated spareribs pieces in the preheated steamer over high heat for 15 minutes until cooked thorough. Remove from heat. Serve hot. |
