Dong Gui Chicken With Abalone Sauce
 
 
 Ingredients (A) · 2 chicken thighs
· 1 tsp sugar
· 1 tsp sugar
· Salt to taste
· Pepper to Taste
· 4 slices Dong gui
 Ingredients (B) ·2 tbsp abalone sauce
·1 tsp sesame oil
·1 tbsp shao xin wine
·1 tsp qi zi
·Juice from steaming chicken thighs
·Corn flour solution

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Mix (A) then steam for 20 minutes. Save the juice from steaming chicken thighs. Add the juice into (B). Cut the chicken into piece.
 
2. Bring (B) to the boil in pot, stir in corn flour solution.
 
3. Pour abalone sauce over chicken. Serve hot
