| Ingredients |
·1 dried scallop, 38 g ham
·57 g dried mussels, 1 cup rice
·1/8 tsp salt

·Some light soy sauce

Method to COOK!

Soak dried scallop for about 30 minutes, put dried scallop together with soaking water into microwave oven and cook over high heat for about 3 minutes. Dish up dried scallop. The soaking water is used to cook rice. |

Soak mussels until tender, trim and remove dirt. Wash. |

Scald ham in boiling water, slice and set aside. |

Wash rice, add a few drops of oil, pour in soaking water of dried scallop, soak for about 20 minutes, add a suitable quantity of water, put in mussels, then cook in cooker. |

Place dried scallop and ham on rice when it is nearly done; cook until rice is well done. |

Mix all ingredients well, add light soy sauce to taste. |
