Steamed Rice With Beef And Egg
 
 
 Ingredients ·80g beef
·40g lean pork, 1 egg
·2 stalks shanghai cabbage, 150g rice
 
 Marinade ·1/2 tsp ginger juice, 2 tsp light soy sauce
·1/4 granulated sugar, A little sesame oil
·A little pepper, 1 tsp wine
·1 tsp oil, 1 tbsp water
 Sauce ·1 tsp boiling oil
·2 tsp light soy sauce
·A little pepper, 1 tsp wine
·1/2 tsp dark soy sauce(Mix well)

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Mince beef and lean pork. Add marinade ingredients. Stir well. Marinate for 15 minutes.
 
2. Wash rice. Transfer to a steaming pot or big bowl. Add a suitable quantity of water. Steam until rice is almost done. Put in mince and steam until cooked. Add egg and blanched shanghai cabbage. Pour sauce on top. Stir while hot. Serve.
