Mix mini oysters with a little salt and corn flour, rinse well and scald in boiling water. Remove and rinse with cold water, drain and season. |

Wash rice and drain well. Add in rice mix and leave it for 10 minutes before use. |

Rinse conpoy and soak till tender. |

Prepare boiling water and put in rice, qi zi and mini oysters, simmer till congee is ready. Scoop into bowl, sprinkle with diced spring onion and a little pepper or serve with fried peanuts. |
