Congee With Mini Oysters
 
 
 Ingredients · 1/2 cup of rice
· 12 cups of water
· 1 conpoy
· 160g mini oyster
· Some diced spring onion
· Some qi zi
· Rice mix: 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp oil
 Seasoning · 1/8 tsp salt
· 1/2 tsp corn flour
· A dash of sesame oil
· A pinch of pepper
  
· Steamed Rice With Crabs

  Method to COOK!
 
1. Mix mini oysters with a little salt and corn flour, rinse well and scald in boiling water. Remove and rinse with cold water, drain and season.
 
2. Wash rice and drain well. Add in rice mix and leave it for 10 minutes before use.
 
3. Rinse conpoy and soak till tender.
 
4. Prepare boiling water and put in rice, qi zi and mini oysters, simmer till congee is ready. Scoop into bowl, sprinkle with diced spring onion and a little pepper or serve with fried peanuts.
